Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace; Where

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change,

7. Little Angels
When God calls little children
to dwell with Him above,
We mortals sometime question
the wisdom of His love.
For no heartache compares
with the death of one small child
Who does so much
to make our world
seem wonderful and mild.
Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged to His fold,
So He picks a rosebud
before it can grow old.
God knows how much
we need them,
and so He takes but few,
To make the land of heaven
more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult
still somehow we must try
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be “Goodbye”.
So when a little child departs,
we who are left behind,
Must realize God loves children,

8. Footprints
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking
along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from
his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the
sand; one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD. When the
last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the
footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path
of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it. ”LORD,
you said that once I decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times
in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand
why when I needed you most you would leave me.” The LORD replied,
”My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave
you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only
one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.” Top
9. The Lords Prayer
Our Father which art in Heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth
As it is in Heaven.
Give us this day
Our daily bread
And forgive us our debts
As we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil:

10. Safely Home
I am in Heaven, dear ones;

Try to look beyond earth’s shadows,
pray to trust our father’s will.
There is work still waiting for you,
so you must not idly stand;

shall rest in Jesus’ land.
When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
