PRICING & ORDERING INFORMATION
We have pricing information available by clicking the the
PDF Document below. If you would like to place an order, the ordering
form is attached with the pricing. You can either mail, fax, or
call your order in over the phone. We are in the process of updating
our online ordering system and soon you will have the option of placing
credit card orders directly online.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are normally processed in 24 hours. Orders are shipped
UPS ground. Overnight and second-day delivery is available for rush orders.
Shipping charges are listed below, but are subject to change without notice. Excessive weight or distance may increase our standard UPS charges.

CUSTOMIZATION
Thermalgraphics offers quality items by way of a custom
selection process that allows you to create the perfect products for your
clients. You can custom-tailor our products by "picking and choosing"
from a variety of options: formats and sizes, verses and prayers, design
themes, paper colors, matching cards and accessories, and more. If you
have any special requests or needs, don't hesitate to call at 1-800-634-6503.
Thermalgraphics can further customize most products with
an imprint of your company's logo or insignia, phone number, address,
web site address, tagline, or anything at all. Just call us at 1-800-634-6503

Processing charges for custom orders:
$20.00 one-time set up charge (includes typesetting, negative, and plate)
$25.00 run-charge per order (for any volume) Custom imprint orders are
subject to a plus or minus 10% run. Imprint orders are not returnable
or refundable.
COMBINATION PRICING
Combination pricing is available. Combine packs and save!
You may combine any different colors, sizes, and types of cards and pouches
to achieve your total pack quantity discount. For example, if you order
2 packs of bookmarks, 1 pack of special event cards, 1 pack of clear pouches,
and 1 pack of congratulation cards, you should refer to the chart under
the "5 Pack" discounted prices.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be accepted if prepaid in US
dollars. Please enclose an International or Bank Money Order or credit
card of choice. Shipping charges to be paid by the customer in advance.

THERMALGRAPHICS GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Thermalgraphics guarantees your satisfaction. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply phone us within 30
days of receipt for information regarding replacement, credit, or adjustment.
Imprinted and custom made products, including orders with tassel holes punched, cannot be returned. Thermalgraphics will authorize UPS call tags for products authorized for return. The cost of the UPS call tag and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns or orders completed and shipped as ordered.
No returns will be allowed after 90 days.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept checks, money orders or Visa, Mastercard, and
American Express credit cards. We are required by law to collect a 6.5%
sales tax on shipments in the State of Ohio, if we do not have your Sales
and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate form on file. |
